As those birds are stricktly protected the amount of them increase rapidly.

Wouw! Zo veel kleintjes! Het lijkt erop dat ze over een tijdje niet meer beschermd hoeven te worden...
We hebben al 23 jaar niet meer in Nederland gewoond... Dus ik verwacht niet dat we daar snel terug komen. Behalve voor vakantie natuurlijk :) Mijn zoon woont nu in Amsterdam en mijn dochters en man gaan er allemaal heen deze zomer (wel apart). Zelf heb ik andere zomerplannen.

Goodness that is an awful lot of geese. There is a problem here in York at Rowntree Park, where a large number of geese collect and leave a lot of mess behind.

You will have the same problem with these as we do with the Canada Geese- no one wants to walk into a field where they have been!
