Day 2: Yellow - a dear little common frog

At least I think it is - no doubt somebody is going to help me. Ray found it sitting under a canopy of leaves when he was gardening yesterday. (He does mutter just a little bit sometimes about how much time I spend on 365 but was happy to find this for 'yellow' week.) Is that me and my camera in the frog's eye?!
Fabulous up-close and detail. Yes, I do believe it is you in his eyes! FAV

@creativeamateur Thank you Paula, for comments and especially the FAV. (I was only a little bit startled when he suddenly jumped into the air partway through his photoshoot!)

@Cherrill Thanks very much for your comments Cherrill, and I think it just proves that you HAVE inspired me! Thanks for FAV. (The selfie of course was quite unintentional and something I would not have dreamed of looking for pre-365.)

Wonderful detail, nice of Ray to share with you! It is you in his eye!

Hazel, I just sort of blindly picked a challenge from the suggested challenges shown when I did a search in 365. I will pay closer attention next time, 3 more days!

@gnilrets Thanks for that - I was thinking that some subjects like 'fear' or even 'good deed' (!) would be quite hard to find a shot for in a day or even a few days around that day. Probably revert to doing my own thing when the rainbow challenge is finished.

Great close up and a wonderful frog pic.

Lovely shot, Hazel.

@pyrrhula Ha! Well, I didn't mind lying down on the path next to it to get this macro shot but kissing - well I'm really not sure!! (Not in need of a prince....)

@w3n6y Wendy, thank you.

@danig @gnilrets @tishpics Thanks so much for looking and commenting. It was worth the contortions I had to get into to get down to the frog's level to get the shot.....

@paintdipper Thanks for your valued comments and especially for the FAV.

@quietpurplehaze Not for the prince but if it stay green you know it`s a common frog .

Oh wow - brilliant frog shot! All of our other halves mutter about 365....
August 30th, 2012
@judithg Oh thanks Judith for both comments - on the pic and husbands' views of 365!

@ness50 Thanks - that's the 3rd frog Ray's found this summer in the garden. Must be all the rain but I wish they would eat a few more slugs and snails.

@quietpurplehaze we don't get pretty frogs in my area, in fact don't see many frogs at all, but where my family live in Qld they have some very pretty frogs but they also have awful cane toads, I'lll take the frogs over the toads any day.
