Posted for word of the day and for throwback Thursday, this is a re-processed shot I first shared in 2012.
My aim was to take a puddle shot of the ducks by the River Itchen in Winchester.
This duck had other ideas and just as I pressed the shutter, she bit my finger.
I managed not to fall in the water, or to drop my camera in it. (I suppose a digit attached to a p&s does probably look like something to eat to a duck).
This looks just ducky! Now, you know that water foul will stand their ground. Next time I would suggest a telephoto rather than a macro shot. Such a neat photo!
At the fist sight I thought I`ve see it before but you have done a nice processing on it. Turns out to the better. Well done.

Haha - it wasn't meant to be such a macro! I was trying to 'shoot' through the puddle so not sure how telephoto would fit with that.

Cindy, many thanks for the comment and fav - I was trying to get a shot of the duck reflected in a big puddle - at least I didn't fall into it!
