portraits and snippets: the bartender

Out for a pub lunch with friends, I 'coveted' the bartender's smile. So I asked him f I could take his photo for the smile theme on 365.

It is not an illusion that the ceiling is only roughly 2 inches above the bartender's head: it is very low and he is very tall.

Oh thank you to your mum! Tell her I am going to try and get more of those alice bands (in different colours) as they keep my hair a bit tidy when I am out in the wind!! (I'm also fed up now of my decision a while ago to go grey and am going blond again in about a week!)
