Yesterday, at our French Literature group, I met up with Jane for the first time since her solo cycle ride in Switzerland for Christian Aid.
In just over 2 weeks, she cycled 1,650kms raising her target of £4,000.
In addition to being a cyclist and a linguist, Jane is a pianist. At her piano was the best place for a photo as her garden in the noon-day heat was blisteringly hot and equally luminous.
