I suppose it's fairly typical that a 365er with a camera would take a shot of this deck chair rather than go sit in it.
This was in the garden at Standen, a National Trust property we visited en route home from Kent.
Naturally, after a week visiting different places, I now have a surplus of photos to post for a while. I posted a photo a day when I started 365 but somewhere along the way of my six plus years have found my 'boundaries' expanding.
I haven't seen a deck chair for years, we don't tend to see them here in Oz. In the UK you used to be able to rent one for a while at the seaside didn't you.
The National Trust are very good at putting out deck chairs for visitors to enjoy - this looks particularly inviting being in dappled shade and a William Morris print! Hope you enjoyed Standen.
Thank you - you are so kind!
I guess you still can. Will do some research!
I did try a deck chair later in the afternoon and getting out was much essier than I expected!
So well commemted, thank you. Would have also made a good title!
