I feel as if we have been adopted: Ray as possible digger-up of worms and me as chief portrait taker.

I have no idea but they do say the male has darker wings and tail feathers but I have never noticed this .

I googled it and the male has a brighter breast and more pronounced grey feathers round it but it is apparently still difficult to tell.
