Surely, Hazel, the subject is the bee/petal combination? Just making the point that the function a good bokeh is simply to avoid the background being a distraction from the real subject. And if you hadn't drawn my attention to it with your title I would say that it had,in my terms, been successful! I'm such a pedant, I know!
