the healthy option

In the pub, I thought a sugar-free pudding would be an unusual treat and this was my choice.

It was called fruit salad!

And so to November................
This makes my mouth water! What a yummy looking dessert and great capture!

From my point of view this is loaded with sugar! So sad that I have to be wary of this kind of healthy treat!

@lostphojo

You are right of course David. I really should not have eaten it!

@quietpurplehaze Do you have type 2 diabetes too? I prefer the old name of Late Onset diabetes... suggestive of yet another issue the old folk have to contend with because the body is failing rather than the more judgemental attitude that goes with Type2. When diagnosed I found an online course run by the University of Copenhagen (I think) and it offered evidence for a strong genetic component. So that gave me something else to thank my parents for!

@quietpurplehaze PS Too much deprivation of treats can't be good for us! Gotta look after mental health too !

@lostphojo

No I don't have Type 2 diabetes. But yes I do have to look after the bipolar. I have a theory about that, my dad's PoW experiences and epigenetics - impossible to prove but interesting.
