The wire (supporting the espalier fruit tree) running horizontally across this shot caused me some problems in cloning it out.

If you were being polite in not noticing where I had worked on it, thanks (!) and thank you to @merrelyn and @denidouble for commenting on the finished version. And any tips for cloning large areas welcome.
Well that kept you busy Hazel must have been very tedious but you made a good job of it looking back at the after shot .I can just see it running across the blue fleece in the middle but would not have noticed it otherwise. I find it easier to use a big clone circle on plain areas but perhaps that is what you did anyway.

@wendyfrost

Wendy, thanks will bear that in mind. Don't usually 'indulge' in so much cloning but wanted to include the garden tools etc!

Wow, what a great cloning job. I wouldn't have picked it if you hadn't told us. When I look at the other one I can just see a line running across the fleecy top of the lady in the middle but I wouldn't have guess what had created that without seeing this photo. Full marks for the editing here Hazel. Give yourself a gold star.

@onewing

Babs, thank you! I really wanted to use this shot - but not with the espalier wire. The small bits of gloves, grass, bit of wheelbarrow etc were easy but I had two goes at that fleecy top!

Job well done Hazel, looking back on the other shot I can see where the wire was, but that is because I now know it was there :)

Fantastic picture.

Hazel your clone job was great, I wouldn't have noticed at all. The women are so vibrant and colorful I just wouldn't have noticed.

some photo editors have a "heal selection" (GIMP) or "content aware" (photoshop) tool which automatically clones an are for you by looking at surrounding pixels. I think I prefer this one haze as the inclusion of the wire helps tell the story :)
