hurricane sun

I was driving away from the pool after my swim when I spotted this orange sun. Nowhere to stop other than on the side for a police car and ambulance both with sirens blaring and lights flashing.

Instead of doing some shopping, I came straight home and these are the best of my poor efforts at capturing this sun, caused apparently by the hurricane bringing dust and sand from the Sahara.

The wind has been howling and it was quite eerie. Normal sun now and shopping to do.

Lovely college Hazel all down to the hurricane Ophelia picking up dust from the Sahara plus the wild fires in Portugal how amazing, I didn't see it in Yorkshire:)
