a pot plant by quietpurplehaze21

a pot plant

I could not resist bringing home from the garden centre this aglaonema with its hard-to-spell name and exotic red leaves

It did not really thrive until a friend suggested repotting it and now has produced this tiny flower in the style of a peace lily or anthurium flower.

Wishing you all a happy and photographically interesting September!
Lovely red leaves!

Lovely colours! It's so satisfying when you're able to revive a plant. Even more so when new shoots starts to grow 👏

@phil_howcroft

Phil I thought, like you, that this was a bud but find that the outer ‘case’ is a modified leaf and the tiny flowers are growing along the inside stalk - the same as in a peace lily!
