Still remnants of the autumn leaves can be seen, however, we are losing our fall colors very quickly. The leaves are set off against the fog on my early morning canoe paddle, when the fog finally lifted we were treated to a nice sunny day of paddling. I'm trying to get out as often as possible as I know our canoeing days are limited. We know that soon we will have to follow icebreakers if we wish to continue canoeing!! (Just exaggerating) ha ha
Thank you for your comments and favs on yesterdays photo "The Foundry", I love reading your comments.
Do you crosscountry ski or ice skate? Love the morning fog and the foliage. We can never truly compete with the beauty or the horror mother nature can control.
I'm hoping you're able to canoe for a long while yet so that magnificent pictures like this one can continue to be taken and shared. Fav for the beauty of the morning light through the fog. The crop you chose looks great.
@eyesmile Gena we boat on the lake that's in front of us but we canoe on the surrounding lakes and rivers of which there are many in this area.
Thanks for your comment and visit.
Our lake is too large and too rough for canoeing.
I'm really envious of your lobsters right now! ๐
