This site is so much more then just viewing pictures. I love following the exploits of different members all around the world, the get together's and the new friendships formed in their various travels. As well, the photos are truly amazing and inspire me to do the best I can. Members have helped me develop and improve my photographs in both Photoshop and Lightroom; encouraged me to start shooting in raw, have given me a greater appreciation of black and white photography, and help keep me motivated throughout the year. I am truly appreciative of all the assistance you have so graciously offered and look forward to 2016 and what it might offer. May the new year present you with many exciting photographic experiences and opportunities to continue to meet one another either in person or on this site.

what you said! When I see your pictures I often wonder if the light up there in the north is different from here or whether you're just up early enough to see this sort of thing on a regular basis. I'm sort of leaning towards the light actually being different.
