holy moley! are you in the antartica? :-) kidding! in 1989, my first day of spring in canada, there was a big snowfall. so for the last 28 years, that's what i've been expecting during the first day of spring. some years, i get it, mostly not, thankfully. at least it's a gorgeous subject to shoot.
