The July full moon is called the Thunder Moon, and how appropriate last night while I was photographing the full moon I heard thunder in the distance so I headed in the house. Shortly after we got hit with hail then lots of rain and lightning so glad I made it home before getting soaked! The top left photo is the moon over the lake, bottom left was the moon sneaking out behind the cedars and the right is a close up over the lake.
These are amazing captures! Beautiful images on their own and impressive together. I tried to capture the moon but the mosquitoes won, forcing me inside.
