@summerfield It is allowed to go up but you need a ticket and they were sold out for the day. I also went to one in St. Augustine, Florida but lighting was in the area and they thought it was hit while I was there. The thunder made my ears ring.

@chejja Beautiful area I was just to late to climb as it was sold out. It is the lighthouse between Nags Head and the Cape Hatteras lighthouse
