Gene on the mower

Stef Neyhart, my get pushed partner, challenged me to a 'backlit' portrait of a person or pet. I found it very difficult to get the lighting right. I was having technical difficulties with the tripod and my lens was fogging up. I might get a chance to do another, but just in case, here it is.
Back lighting is tricky! But I think you did a nice job with it.

@stefneyhart Thanks for the challenge. I had some difficulty with this. Hopefully I'll get another chance at it.

@randystreat Wow. Nice job on this. Yes, I think that it would be a hard one. I was going to work on that when Jackson was here but I didn't have him during the golden light time. I find it quite daunting. Well done!!!

I think backlighting is really hard - I have tried it a few times with our dogs but no real success. Think you have made a really good job here around Gene.

@ziggy77 Thank you. I would have liked to have done this a little differently and never had time to do another one. I will, though.
