The Elms

Photos used taken yesterday and compiled today. Tomorrow's photo club theme is the Branzier method. According to Wikipedia, the Brenizer Method, sometimes referred to as Bokeh Panorama or Bokehrama, is a photographic technique characterized by the creation of a digital image exhibiting a shallow depth of field in tandem with a wide angle of view. Created by use of panoramic stitching techniques applied to portraiture, it was popularized by photographer Ryan Brenizer. I attempted it but am afraid I didn't set my focus to manual, so I didn't quite get the bokeh effect called for. "stitching" the photos together was very time consuming. This photo used 14 separate photos. May go back this evening and try it again.

The Elms was the former nurses dorm for the local hospital. It became a medical professional building in its current years.
Great shot of this beautiful building.
( Those are the Line seeds of it. Use to make oil out of it. )

@pyrrhula @olivetreeann @fbailey @s4sayer @Dawn @craftymeg @30pics4jackiesdiamond Gee, thank you so much for your comments Ferry, Ann, Felicity, Margo, Dawn, Margaret and Jackie. Photoshop is wonderful for merging photos. I can no credit for that at all. I will say that my computer doesn't have a lot of free memory, so it tied my computer up all day doing these two photos (twice - I did go back and redo them.) We talked about the technique at photo club tonight and I have a little better understanding of it. Funny thing is only one other person submitted a photo and others had as much difficulty as I did.
