I'm so glad you like the picture. I couldn't believe the perfect frame was in the pile (and I mean pile!!) my friend gave me. I'm curious as to how you're going to use it for your photo club- you might have to post it here on 365 too! Enjoy!
@mcsiegle Thanks Mary. It's just outside the next (small) town. I had never been there in the warm weather before. Little did I know they had had a fishing contest for kids and were just finishing packing up when I got there. @fbailey Wholesome! the fellow in the light colored had and shorts is one of the men who did the renovations on my house, but I didn't know it when I took the photo. He was there with his daughter, wife and parents. @olivetreeann Signs all over said "no swimming or climbing on the rocks." I guess people can't read. Thank you. And I will post the photo on 365. (One of the upcoming themes are selfies. I intend to use it in one of those.) @craftymeg It was warm (89-90 degrees F). Everyone was having a good time. I didn't feel the water, but wanted to sit and dangle my feet in. @s4sayer Thank you Margo. It didn't feel bad in the shade since there was a nice breeze. @pyrrhula Thank you Ferry. @digitalrn More paddling around in a shallow spot.

There was a walkway over the stream where the guy in the blue shorts is standing and the children are splashing around between the walkway and the fisherpeople. The town had stocked the stream with trout for the kids fishing tournament.
