In answer to your question, I would think the huts are owned by the fishermen who have the boats in Paddy’s hole over the road from them.
@will_wooderson stores, apartments, etc. @s4sayer Yes it needs to be done as it has been an empty eyesore (along with several other old factories) for a long time. @craftymeg It takes money to do renovations and this is a big project.
