That looks like fun!

Gone for the winter- probably inside playing video games! Good catch!

It looks like a robot! Nice colourful capture.

Like an octopus!

They are probably in front of a screen somewhere. Something sad about an empty playground and the fence makes it seem forbidding and like a prison and not a welcoming, fun place.

Although a small child would not see like this as we do, it does look menacing from this POV...and not a child in sight! Good spot!

They've been swallowed up by the plastic snakes!!

It looks like a fun place to play.

Colourful capture, they’re waiting for summer!

Ps. The beads are wound and then I glue a little metal grommet in each end.

Playgrounds without children are sad. But it’s a nice colorful shot!

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Haha!
@pyrrhula Actually you are right. The elementary school which is just below this playground was letting out as I pulled into the parking lot.
@kwind Doesn't it, though. At this point in my life, I'd probably get stuck half way down.
@olivetreeann Nah, just getting out of school. Parents are pretty good around here to take their children to the park. Especially the Hispanic ones.

@jamibann Thank you Issi.
@pusspup Haha! It does look like one.
@farmreporter Wendy, as I mentioned, school was just letting out. The fence might be to keep them from wandering off, but it also may be to keep strangers from getting in easily. As a matter of fact, I'm a bit uncomfortable taking photos of these sites. So I try not to get chldren I don't know in photos, unless it's a big crowd.
@s4sayer Thank you Margo.
@will_wooderson Could be, Will
@tunia As I drove around to different playgrounds looking for empty ones (see comments above) it looked as if this type of playground equipment was the style. Not too many swings anymore and I don't think I saw one seesaw or the merry-go-rounds that I loved to get on even though they made me dizzy and queasy.
@craftymeg Thanks Margaret for the comments and the answer about the beads.
@jb030958 Thank you Jennie. But children photographed by people they don't know...!
