That’s a lot of paper...and a huge relief for you to wave it goodbye. I keep trying to diminish paper and the like...it requires discipline. Perhaps tomorrow?

Thank you Julie, Corinne, Brian, Margo, Wendy, Gary and Margaret. My eyes must have bugged out when the salesperson weighed the paper and told me how much it would just to have it shredded. I told her something similar to what you said Margaret ( @craftymeg ) that if I burned out my shredder shredding all of this it would cost me more to buy a new one.
53 pounds is a lot of paper!! My father must have quadrupled that- but my sister was able to burn most it as she lives pretty far back in the woods where no one cares as long as you do it safely!
@olivetreeann I'd probably burn my house (and those of the neighbors as well) if I started a fire. I have some receipts that need to be burned, and have thought about a charcoal grill for them. I'll have to go buy one and it's not exactly the season. Those credit card receipts can't be recycled because they have chemicals on the paper, so no need to shred and too many to write through all the account numbers. But I may end up doing that. @pyrrhula Yes Ferry.
