@fbailey Thanks. It's really not, but I did have it washed and waxed before Christmas. So it's still a bit shiny. Besides, dirt doesn't show as bad on white cars. @serendypyty Thanks Cazzi.
I wish my mail was at the end of my driveway but we have boxes in one spot that we all have to drive too. Oh well! I hope the mail box held good things for you today.
We had a gray, cold day too, without the promise of snow. The snow would make it so much better. Perhaps tomorrow you can show us this same scene with the snow cover.
@pyrrhula Thank you Ferry. @tosee Not much else to see around here. @olivetreeann I've seen those boxes clumped together, but usually there are a number of homes on a lane. I'm on a main road. I hate that I have to cross that road to get the mail and the paper. Sometimes I wait until all the folks are home from work. It's dark, but less traffic. @thewatersphotos Yes I have a raincoat, a jacket and a pair of rubber clogs at the door to get out there and be protected from the weather. I was used to opening the front door and getting the mail out of the box on the porch. @grammyn I don't think that I read your comment last night, but I actually posted a shot of the same view taken about 8 hours later. I took another one this morning, but not exactly the same view. In that one there is snow on the ground. @leananiemand Thank you @jamibann Got it. Had to use the raincoat and rubber clogs to got get them today. @wakelys I had a box on my front porch when I lived in town. Now I'm just outside the city limits, so it's a mailbox on the road for me. I hate it. @pusspup You're so funny. @johnfalconer I can and I do. @jb030958 Yes, it was close to 10pm before I noticed it had started to snow. @craftymeg Thank you Margaret @yolanda Thank you. I did. No rain/snow at the time. @bkbinthecity Christmas card from Quebec and bills and junk mail. And a skinny paper reiterating all the craziness that occurred in Washington DC on Wednesday.
