We call it honesty,or something very similar, love it , my dad used to bunch it in with the flowers we sold.

@jb030958 Yes Jennie. The plants were here in the garden when I moved here but they've reseeded themselves and come back.
@craftymeg Apparently it's the same plant Margaret and it does look nice in a bunch dried, but it's very fragile.
