Get Pushed # 453
My get pushed partner's challenge wass to capture something with repeated lines or a repeated pattern, though not necessarily an abstract. When I explored repeated patterns I read and noticed that it didn't have to be a pattern that repeated a lot (think floral wallpaper, polka dots) it just had to have 3 or more to be considered a pattern. I was getting eggs I had dyed last evening ready to take to a brunch this morning when I saw the colorful pattern they created in the cartons. I stuck the chick in there for a bit of whimsy.
I decided I'd try the 30 Days; One Subject challenge too, using food as my subject. Day #2
@salza Here's my post for your challenge. I enjoyed trying to think of something different for the challenge, rather than the mundane striped bag, or floral print shirt, or tiles in the bathroom. I hope this works for you. Thank you for the challenge.
A perfect seasonal response to the challenge! I like the low POV and the addition of the chick makes it very artistic! I’m glad you’re playing along on the 30 day challenge too!
@salza I'm so glad you like it and it fits the challenge.
Thank you so much for your comments and the favs Dawn, Katy, Jean, Susan, Hannah, Mallory, Kathy, Ferry, Jenn, Jo, Wylie, Anne, Brian and Margaret. I'm glad you enjoyed this little Easter treat. I had not planned for the chick to be in the photo, but saw it as I came to get my camera and thought why not.
