Thank you everyone. This was leftovers, day2. I made some tortellini (popped into boiling water, tough huh?!). Roasted vegetables and mixed them together. There was enough for 3 (probably should have been 4 if I was minding my portions) meals. And it was pretty good. Filling anyway.
