Jumped the pile

Took some scraps out to the compost pile and found this tomato plant growing beside the pile. Isn't life amazing?

Yes, it's pretty amazing how plants manage to grow- sometimes even without our help! hehe I hope you'll pot it and get a few tomatoes before winter sets in.

Thank you Susan, Ann, Katy, Kathy, Issi, Wylie, Will and Ferry. I've had moderate success with compost plants in the past. It's always a surprise - what will grow from the compost pile.
