Get Pushed Challenge 747
My partner challenged me to make a photo that is meant to be viewed rotated 90 degrees on its side or 180 upside down. To me, this was a curious challenge that was given to me by a very creative, thinking outside the box photographer. So in my plodding way, I chose this photo of my current poinsettia (last's years bit the dust and returned to the soil).
@mcsiegle Here's a photo for your challenge. If this isn't what you had in mind for your challenge, let me know and I'll try to do something differently.
Amazing, quick resonse. It does look like it’s designed as a chandelier of some kind. The dish even looks like the part of the fixture that attaches it to the ceiling. Mission well accomplished!
I apoligize for the lateness of responding to all of your comments. Computer problems. Since this is late I will do a bulk reply. Thanks for the comments. I never dreamed this photo would result in such affirmation. I guess it does look a bit like a chandelier, and to have it compared with a Chihuly piece is quite a compliment. I'm not really creative so the fact this upside done photo was considered such is amazing to me. To paraphrase a line from the movie "Wayne's World" this photo is not worthy of the praise it received. But thank you again anyway, she says with a big smile on her face..
