Hey, Ma, Look What I Found!

Not every day you see a foot long Bearded Dragon lizard in the English countryside. Most likely an escaped or abandoned pet, it was taken away by a farmer who will turn it over to the RSPCA or a local vet.

Fortunate that the farmer was able to capture it.

He/she was so lucky you found him/her. Been doing a bit of research and looks as if it's only a youngster. They can live up to 15 years - a fascinating find!

now that certainly is quite a find in the English Countryside, but these days, almost anythig is plausable. Glad it was rescued.

I use to keep these as pets in Santa Fe NM so cute fav
