Crew (kru) n. A sport practiced in rowing boats where 1-8 participants row a racing shell 2000 meters to the finish in about 6 minutes. They willfully awake every day before dawn and spend 1 to 2 hours sitting on a hard wood seat pulling oars to such a level that it causes pain and discomfort in all the major muscle groups. This activity is performed twice a day in the name of fun, mostly by high school and college students who are young and strong and love doing it. I just like watching them do it at sunset! (That big black object in the sky is the Goodyear Blimp!)
Well, at least they get to enjoy the sunrise and the sunsets every day! And, the weather has seriously been cooperating... I doubt will have as nice summer days as we are having right now. Beautiful sunset shot!
