Big waves brought out the surfers early this morning and mounds of seaweed lined the shore. It was gray until about 11 when the sun finally blazed through.
Dog walkers on the beach, junior lifeguard training squads and groups of fisherman on the pier made it a lively scene.
That is a gorgeous capture....love the colors and the lighting....the tones are superb, and there is so much going on with the birds and the boat, and that big pile of seaweed.....FAV!
Great composition and tone. Nice use of vignette blurring too. Seems like you're getting a little more into post processing and with good effect. Brilliant capture of the seagulls too! Fav.
