Lime Kiln Sate Park is also known as Whale Watch Park, is a beautiful place to picnic while viewing sea life, harbor seals, and kayakers. Located on the west side of San Juan Island, you can sometimes spot a few of the Orcas who make this their summer home. Sadly, the pod wasn't present during our visit but it was a gorgeous day nonetheless and we did see a spotted harbor seal sunning itself on the rocks.
