I just pulled my turkey out of the oven,the house smells divine and I realized that I needed to post this shot, taken in Johannesberg on the last day of my South African journey. As we prepare to celebrate this thoroughly American holiday of Thanksgiving, it's my wish that people here and around the world heed Mandela's wise words so we can all move forward in learning to trust, respect and love one another.
