Not a great shot but I wanted to show a typical Costa Rican meal of grilled chicken, rice, beans and vegetable salad. Farm to table. Fresh and delicious. One of my favorite discoveries on this trip is watermelon water. It's made in a blender with water, ice and fresh melon. So refreshing when it's 95 degrees out! You can make it with other fruit, maybe papaya, pineapple, or lemon.
