buy it in every color! Yes, I admit it--I love shoes. So when I saw this store window in Lima, Peru, I had to go in to check it out. The displays were really unusual and in the back of the shop, there was a shoemaker seated at a sewing machine making shoes by hand!
You're in Lima? How cool is that! On your way to Machu Picchu? Great storefront and it must have been interesting to be able to see this craft in operation.

Ah...that makes more sense! I thought you'd gone earlier but then just figured I'd mixed up your trip with someone else's. France is lovely -- and it's not a 'photo trip' as promised to Jim, so very relaxing and easy. Lots of images of wine, pastries, and surrounds!
