Peering through the windows on Bodie's Main Street you can see shelves of items in the fully stocked store. The schoolhouse has original desks and chairs, broken bottles are strewn over the bar and floors of the saloon and there is a post office and a jail. An earthquake this past December caused havoc inside many of the buildings. Some have been cleaned up, others are in disarray.
