Took part in the Modernism Week home tours in Palm Springs last weekend. There are numerous properties designed by mid-century architects in the desert area and it's become trendy to restore, furnish and accessorize these iconic homes. This was one of my favorites on the tour. Built in 1963, by Boris Gertzen, the 2,700-hundred square foot, four- bedroom home features solar power, terrazzo floors, pool and spa and extensive use of the colors lime green, aqua and orange in the decor. I could have moved right in!.
