A view from the boardwalk at Blue Hour on Catalina Island. The Casino, opened in 1929, isn't a gambling house. It features the world's largest circular ballroom on the top level. Back in the day, as many as 6,000 ballroom dancers twirled to the sounds of the big bands.There is also a beautiful Art Deco movie theater that seats 1000.
