My neighbor's house got the royal treatment several days ago --the entire front yard was toilet-papered. I have to confess that as a teen, my friends and I did our fair share of toilet-papering houses so it made me laugh to see it. It's amazing to think that less than a year ago, toilet paper was in short supply- now it's hanging from trees.
