Early in the day the enormous kitchen at the cooking school was calm and quiet. By early afternoon it turned into a beehive of activity with every counter surrounded by people preparing a portion of the evening meal. It was thoughtfully designed to easily accommodate two dozen trainees. As a semi-retired kitchen designer, I was quite impressed with the layout and attention to detail. What a thrill to be able to cook in this amazing space.
