My current- and former-Econ 113 students will get a chuckle over this one. When I teach “demand,” I use the example of a Jaguar to emphasize both components that must be present: the willingness to pay and the ability to pay. (I make the point that I have the *ability* to pay, but I am not *willing* to pay that much for an automobile. I explain that I prefer to remain married!) This is not a well-composed image and the Jag, alas, could do with a washing, but it was there in the lot today and I *had* to take this!

@oneinodd Thanks, Lisa; it turned out okay. I took a few from the other side to eliminate glare, but in the end this one was better (at an angle of about 120° to/from the sun).
