Today Clare and I attended a wedding and reception on the grounds of the historic Bell Hill bed-and-breakfast in southern Illinois. The weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding, though it became quite chilly after the sun went down. This shot was taken about a half-hour after the ceremony.

Beautiful light! I love the glowing hem of the little girl's dress and the halos on everyone's head. This looks like the perfect setting for a wedding. I hope next Saturday is just as nice a day for my son's wedding.
