These Christmas stockings were hand-knit by my aunt. (My mom was an only child and my dad has but a single sibling, a sister. So I only *have* one aunt on my side of our family!) Santa’s beards are “fluffy” and the bells are real!

What I have learned from 365 and taking at least one shot every day: arrange! These were spread out across most of the width of the mantel and it finally dawned on me that I could actually *move* them for the purpose of getting a better photograph. Imagine!
