Girl on a mission…

Didn’t realize what I’d captured until I downloaded the image, and I simply have to forego some images with some “wow factor” to post this one. This is a female Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio glaucus). Gender is pretty obvious if you look closely enough. She’s quite beaten up, but she’s obviously still “air-worthy” and clearly has a maternal task to perform!
