Yeah, another Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (the “dark-form” female).
But I just couldn’t pass up this one for all the “blue wash” on her upper wings.

The leading alternative was a male Spicebush Swallowtail, Papilio troilus, but he’d lost the “tail” from at least one of his hindwings and was looking a bit beat-up; apparently “frassed” from BugGuide.
