Jenny went for a 13-mile run and Clare went with her on bicycle and then ran the last mile or so. Meanwhile, Grace & I loaded up the two Maas Aeros and went to the lake. This was only her second time in a single shell. Posture looks great, Grace!
This evening we went to Anna for dinner at Brick House Grill. Bread pudding with Bourbon Sauce: yum!

@roth I *am* fortunate to have such a "long" lake that has a lot of protected areas.
@digitalrn Thanks, Rick. Having watched a lot of first-timers recently, I think the people to whom my friend Roland & I have introduced to rowing have good balance and good athletic mechanics. With some short instruction in a stable boat with an experienced sculler (as little as 20-40 minutes), folks quickly discover what "works" and I suspect this is reflected in their posture. Grace certainly shows it here and so did Christine ( http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2013-07-21).
