This was too easy!

Well, except for holding the camera steady enough! This post will be the impetus for me to learn more about the proper names of flower “parts”!

My first post from *inside* the greenhouse was an hibiscus, http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2012-11-27
I doubt I will be able to get a species ID on this flower, but that’s okay; I’m just excited with sufficient depth-of-field with/from the macro lens at this tight of a focus!

IS this the whole flower, or the central part (pistil?) like on a hibiscus?

@espyetta No-no-no! You're absolutely on the money; this *is* part of an hibiscus flower. Taken with my macro lens and this is precisely the shot I wanted [for a change!].
