Something round for Pi Day

Today is Pi Day, 3.14, so my something circular for today is another "retirement 'yes'."

A woman from church called Clare and asked if she would be willing to take Communion to the hospital one day every-other-week. She said she was already visiting the homebound once-a-month, but she would see if I might be interested. It's out of my comfort zone, but I agreed.

My friend and Cursillo brother Gary bought this pyx for me (also spelled "pix"), so this is something I have been doing every-other-week since Christmas eve. Not every room-visit is rewarding, but the next time I'm hospitalized, I hope there will be someone to bring *me* Communion so this is something I am doing in my retirement.
