“Every project deserves a new tool.”

At least so says a good friend of mine! See also — http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2015-09-12
I replaced the shut-off valve to a toilet tank and — once again, a YouTube video to the rescue! I realized there was a less-than-$10 solution to getting the old compression sleeve (“ferrule”) off the supply pipe. It was a nightmare "online transaction" from my local home improvement store (ordering and paying online and picking up in the store), but eventually I procured this tool and the rest of the job was a piece of cake. Much easier than removing wallpaper behind the tank in preparation for painting the bathroom! http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2015-01-19
